What does a Web-Feet support contract cover?

Support contracts cover but not limited to:

  • Website issues of any sort (e.g. “ I get this error message when i do this...”);
  • Issues with your email service, including connectivity and server issues;
  • Login Reminders;
  • Email set-up and configuration.

Time Scales

Web-Feet aim to respond to your support request within 4 hours of it being received by us; we will then investigate the problem and quickly find you a resolution to get your website or email service back up and running as quickly and effectively as possible.


Maintenance

The maintenance and updating of your website is vital to its continuing success. Having a constantly updated website, promotes customers trust in whom they are dealing with. It is visible confirmation of an active company, one that is adapting and reacting appropriately to the industry around it.

Web-Feet maintenance contracts are based on a monthly hourly time allocated to the client, dependent on how many amendments they are likely to make within a month, for example you may have 2 hours per month for amendments. You can either use this 2 hours per month for required amendments or build the time up over the months to complete a larger development project that you may want to be completed.

What does a Web-Feet maintenance contract cover?

Maintenance contracts cover but not limited to:

  • Text and content amendments throughout your website;
  • Image tweaks and replacement;
  • Minor design and development adjustments.

Time Scales

Web-Feet aim to complete all maintenance requests within 2 weeks of when the request was logged. If your maintenance request is needed to be completed before the above allocated time scale, please make us aware within your email or phone call outlining your requirements and desired time scales.
